Rebecca’s childhood was a classic New England story. She and her siblings grew up caring for horses, chickens, ducks, and a donkey. An unquenchable love for animals led her and the late Charles Rice to purchase the farm in 1995. Clearing the land, expanding pasturage, and welcoming an increasing portion of the animal kingdom to Rice Farm has preceded ever since.
When available, Rebecca depends on her boys Tom and Ezra to aid in upkeep and complete major capital improvements.
